Job summary

Revelyst is seeking a Sr. Manager, Sales & Market Development to lead international sales and market development across Latin America and Asia Pacific for its adventure sports portfolio.

You will own the regional P&L, develop market-specific go-to-market strategies, expand distribution, and drive profitable growth through strategic partnerships and licensing opportunities. You will build long-range plans, set seasonal targets, negotiate complex agreements, and lead distributor-facing teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international business, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of international sales, distribution, or market development experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience owning regional P&L, annual budget, forecast, and long-range plan.
• Proven success building distributor networks and negotiating complex partner agreements.
• Experience evaluating market-entry strategies including direct operations, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international GTM strategies across Latin America and Asia Pacific.
• Lead growth initiatives to expand distribution, market share and brand presence.
• Own regional P&L, manage revenue, margins, and investment priorities.
• Lead distributor relationships, negotiations, and campaigns in multiple markets.
• Align marketing, sales, and market development with brand priorities and budgets.
• Travel frequently to accelerate growth and nurture partnerships.
