Job summary

Asana is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented leader to own the end-to-end strategy for frontline sales managers and individual contributors’ career paths. This senior individual contributor role influences hundreds globally across Sales Leadership, HRBP, and Learning & Development.

You will design programs grounded in data, deliver scalable solutions across regions, and measure impact on promotions, manager effectiveness, and rep ramp time. This role is Chicago-based with hybrid in-office days.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or a related field.
• Experience designing management development programs at scale.
• Familiarity with career framework design and job architecture.
• Ability to operate across global regions and time zones.
• Strong facilitation and communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy for frontline sales managers' leadership development.
• Develop a transparent career framework for all sales roles, including leveling rubrics and progression criteria.
• Partner with Sales Leadership, HRBP, and L&D to identify skill gaps and scalable solutions across regions.
• Create and curate content—workshops, e-learning modules, manager guides, and 1:1 toolkits.
• Define leading and lagging indicators for programs, including promotion rates and rep ramp time.
• Build feedback loops with People Analytics and Sales Operations to connect program data to business performance.
• Run manager community programs to share practices across the global sales management community.
• Establish a cadence of program retrospectives and communicate insights to senior leadership.
