Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group seeks a Manager, Global Sales, Southeast & LATAM to drive revenue across Southeast US and Latin American markets. Remote role based in Miami; travel regularly to client sites and events.

You will manage key accounts, develop strategic plans, and lead regional sales initiatives within the Global Sales team. Requires 4+ years in luxury hotel sales, strong client management, and fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum four years of sales experience in luxury hotel sales or global sales.
• Established travel industry relationships in Southeast US and/or Spanish-speaking Latin American markets.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue, room-night and business growth targets.
• Strong client management, relationship-building, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic account plans that generate measurable commercial outcomes.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory; reside in Miami area.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts through planned sales activities.
• Implement account plans to maximize revenue from established and target accounts.
• Achieve or exceed revenue and room-night goals across all assigned accounts.
• Generate revenue from travel advisors and business opportunities across the region.
• Promote agency partner programmes through advisor enrolment and engagement initiatives.
• Serve as the primary contact for travel agency partnerships; manage client engagement and opportunities.
