Rixos & All Inclusive Collection Hotels is seeking a Global Sales Director for the Americas region, based in Miami, USA. This senior leadership role focuses on accelerating market penetration, securing high-value strategic accounts, and strengthening long-term brand loyalty across LATAM and the United States.

You will lead brand advocacy, shape aligned sales strategies, and drive revenue growth through partnerships and proactive account management.

Qualifications

• 8 years of senior sales experience in luxury or lifestyle brands.
• Strong track record in revenue growth and managing strategic/key accounts.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel extensively across LATAM, the U.S., and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador for Rixos & All Inclusive Collection Hotels at LATAM/USA events, trade shows, and client engagements.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and property-based sales teams to elevate market presence.
• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives with robust pipeline management and regular reporting.
• Identify and develop partnerships with key stakeholders to drive revenue and brand positioning.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to maximize occupancy, rate, and revenue growth across LATAM/USA.
