Job summary

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hotel management experience and expertise in Sales & Events systems. Responsibilities include leading logistics for training initiatives and ensuring smooth project coordination. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hotel sales & events management experience.
• Deep hands-on experience with Sales & Events systems, including Envision.
• 3+ years managing multiple initiatives or projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and communication abilities.
• Comfortable facilitating training in virtual and in-person environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead training logistics and delivery across multiple hotel properties.
• Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and dependencies.
• Serve as a communication point for project stakeholders.
• Partner with hotel leadership for successful onboarding.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for system adoption.
