Job summary

Sitetracker is looking for an Enablement & GTM Programs Associate to support the Americas region from the United States. You will manage day-to-day enablement operations, onboarding programs, and learning content to help sellers ramp faster and perform better.

You’ll collaborate with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Customer Success to ensure scalable enablement initiatives and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience enabling sales teams and rollout of learning programs.
• Strong project coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in building metrics and reporting for enablement impact.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day enablement operations to support US sales teams.
• Administer enablement platforms, curate learning paths, and manage onboarding programs.
• Coordinate onboarding cohorts, enablement sessions, and cross-functional launch activities.
• Develop recurring reporting on enablement activity, seller ramp, and revenue impact.
