Job summary

Sitetracker is seeking an Enablement & GTM Programs Associate to join the Global Enablement & Strategic GTM Programs team in the Americas. You’ll own day-to-day enablement operations, administer Showpad, manage onboarding, orchestrate certifications, and help build a scalable reporting framework that connects enablement activity with seller performance.

• Experience building scalable enablement programs and learning paths.
• Ability to design governance around content, tagging, versioning, and ownership.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple GTM initiatives and onboarding cohorts.
• Strong reporting skills using CRM data and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day enablement operations for the Americas; administer Showpad and manage onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding cohorts, enablement sessions, GTM events, and key meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop recurring reports and dashboards connecting enablement activity to sales performance.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Revenue Ops, Sales Leadership, and Customer Success to drive program effectiveness.
