Job summary

Ookla is seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Manager to elevate training and readiness across our global sales force. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle—from onboarding and tool mastery to developing playbooks and objection-handling frameworks—and serve as a strategic liaison with Accenture to align enablement with enterprise goals.

You will drive a culture of continuous learning, build centralized learning hubs, and ensure materials reflect current product capabilities and messaging.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales Enablement, Corporate Training, or Revenue Operations.
• Experience with global tier-1 consultancies is a plus.
• Ability to translate product and sales data into training.
• Knowledge of modern sales tech stacks and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sales enablement programs and culture of excellence.
• Own onboarding, playbooks, and objection handling frameworks.
• Create and maintain knowledge hubs with collateral and materials.
• Liaise with Accenture to align enablement with enterprise goals.
• Audit materials to reflect current product messaging.
