Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Global Sales Director to lead account management for entertainment accounts, driving premium business and market share growth. This remote role focuses on the West Coast US market and requires collaboration with Hyatt Sales Force, hotels, and third-party entertainment partners.

You will create strategic account plans, manage budgets, and participate in industry events to expand Hyatt’s footprint while delivering on sales strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in global or regional sales or hotel leadership roles.
• Experience in entertainment travel and a strong sales network.
• Excellent presentation and networking skills.
• MS Office, Lanyon, Reserve, Opera, Oracle and Envision proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic account plans to grow entertainment accounts globally.
• Lead negotiations and drive revenue across West Coast US markets.
• Collaborate with Hyatt Sales Force and hotel teams to retain and expand key accounts.
• Represent Hyatt at industry events and customer meetings to generate ROI.
