The role emphasizes early engagement with engineering and program teams to influence design and achieve productivity improvements in cost, quality, and lead time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of related experience; graduate degree with 13 years; or 19 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain secret clearance.
• 5 years experience FAR/DFAR contracting.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Supply Chain organization for the Force-X business within TSS, overseeing procurement and subcontracts.
• Build and develop a growing team of supply chain professionals and managers.
• Develop workforce plans and drive recruiting, onboarding, and talent development.
