Job summary

McLane Global in Houston, TX seeks an entry level International Sales Assistant to support the internal team with sales orders, purchasing, receiving, shipping/export documentation and invoicing. You will assist with container bookings, document handling, and UPS packaging.

You must be fluent in English and Arabic, have strong MS Office skills, and be comfortable with logistics documentation. This role offers exposure to international freight processes and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English and Arabic.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle receiving of products at warehouses and processing via the system.
• Assist Logistics Manager with container bookings, loading, documents and B/L instructions, and packaging tasks.
• Provide logistics and sales support in the absence of staff; coordinate shipping discrepancies; resolve damage/credit issues.
