• Proven ability to architect enterprise semantic layer strategies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Analytics Analysts (JG3–JG5) and senior ICs; set performance expectations and develop talent.
• Own enterprise semantic layer strategy and governance across global users and platforms.
• Define the global self‑service analytics operating model and adoption KPIs.
• Lead BI engineering excellence: standards, design systems, and UX for analytics assets.
• Drive agentic AI development, data contracts, and governance for AI‑ready data products.
