Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Aurora, IL is seeking a Global Technology & Innovation Safety Lead to strengthen safety across the T&I network. The role focuses on driving RCA, 8D execution, and lessons learned to prevent incidents and improve training, SOPs, and onboarding across sites.

You will own safety metrics, leadership reporting, and onboarding programs, enabling AI-enabled safety improvements and proactive risk mitigation for a global operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related technical field with 5+ years in an industrial environment.
• Experience with RCA, 8D, or structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong analytical capability with data-driven decision making and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive RCA and 8D Excellence and Global Learning across the T&I organization; standardize RCA, 8D, and lessons learned activities.
• Own safety metrics, dashboards, and leadership reporting for proactive risk management.
• Define and maintain global T&I safety training and onboarding to ensure competency and safety culture.
• Identify and deploy AI and digital tools to enhance safety data capture, analysis, and action.
