Job summary

Entegris seeks a Global Technology & Innovation Process Lead to own governance, planning, and execution across the Materials Solutions Technology & Innovation Operations team in Aurora, IL. You will standardize processes, drive CapEx alignment, and enable data-driven decisions to accelerate innovation and risk-managed growth.

You will coordinate across global sites, leverage roadmap tools, and partner with Finance and senior leaders to ensure alignment with strategic plans and long-range

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related technical field with 5+ years of industrial experience.
• Experience with project management or T&I governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills with the ability to connect strategy to execution.
• Proven ability to influence without authority in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including leadership level reporting.
• High attention to detail with a focus on structured execution and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Define, standardize, and continuously improve operational processes across the organization that impact speed of development for technology and NPI projects.
• Establish a unified operating model linking technology development, NPI, knowledge build, and capital investment activities.
• Own T&I roadmap systems and tools to ensure linkage between strategy, projects, and execution.
• Manage end-to-end CAPEX planning, prioritization, and tracking for T&I infrastructure and capability investments.
• Identify opportunities to digitize, automate, and streamline T&I processes and workflows.
• Serve as a central coordination point across T&I, Finance, Operations, Quality, Digital, and leadership teams.
