RH seeks a Director, Corporate Safety & Security to lead our global safety program and protect people and assets. Based at the Home Office in Corte Madera, CA, you’ll partner with executives and cross‑functional teams to shape policy, implement programs and respond decisively to incidents.

• 10+ years of leadership in security and risk management.
• Experience within a global organization is preferred.
• Knowledge of physical security technology and systems; armed and unarmed operations.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead RH's global Safety and Security strategy, including policy development, compliance initiatives and program implementation to protect organizational assets and people.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for safety incidents and security-related matters.
• Assess risks proactively to address organizational needs and leadership expectations.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and manage vendor relationships for service excellence.
• Lead investigations and reporting of workplace violence and criminal activity to Leadership.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and external agencies to foster collaboration and support.
• Conduct security audits to identify vulnerabilities and present insights to Executive Leadership.
• Coordinate event security, align stakeholders and oversee on-site safety during events.
• Direct executive and employee protection programs, including contract security oversight.
• Oversee physical security technology and systems and security operations.
