Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions seeks a Director of Safety and Security to lead physical security and employee safety programs across its U.S. and Mexico locations.

You will build standards for badge access, CCTV, incident response, and risk management while partnering with EHS, HR, and IT to advance integrated protections. The role requires 8+ years in corporate security, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor management, with willingness to travel across North America.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate security with multi-site responsibility.
• Experience selecting and managing security vendors (camera systems, access control, guard services).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong cross-functional collaboration with HR, EHS, IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of physical security across US and Mexico sites, including CCTV, access control, badge/visitor protocols.
• Develop and maintain security SOPs, incident response, evacuation procedures, and site risk factors.
• Coordinate with EHS, HR, and IT on integrated security programs; manage vendor relationships.
• Conduct site security assessments and audits; monitor incidents and trends to improve protocols.
• Prepare budgets for security infrastructure, staffing, and contracts; report to leadership.
