Job summary

RH seeks a Director, Corporate Security to foster a safe and secure environment for our people. This leader will own RH's global Safety and Security strategy and serve as the primary contact for incidents, assessing risks and building external partnerships.

The role requires 10+ years in security/risk management, experience with security technology, and oversight of contract guards and executive protection. On-site at RH, Corte Madera, CA with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in security and risk management.
• Knowledge of physical security technology and systems, including armed/unarmed operations.
• Experience overseeing contract security guard services and executive/employee protection programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead RH's global Safety and Security strategy, including policy development and program implementation.
• Serve as primary contact for safety and security incidents and investigations.
• Assess risks proactively and coordinate with law enforcement and external agencies.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and manage vendor relationships for security services.
• Oversee security audits, incident reporting, and executive protection programs.
