Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in corporate or global security, including physical security, executive protection, GSOC operations and travel risk management.
• Experience acting as senior decision-maker during real incidents and communicating clearly to executives and employees.
• Experience building or scaling security programs across multiple countries and managing third-party vendors.

Aufgaben

• Monitor geopolitics, environmental and cyber threats; perform threat assessments for offices and events.
• Create and enforce security policies, SOPs, emergency plans and compliance standards worldwide.
• Lead crisis management, incident response and post-incident reviews to improve resilience.
• Own access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection and visitor management across offices.
• Manage security personnel, GSOC, and external vendors plus budget and performance metrics.
• Oversee global travel risk programs and executive protection for leadership.
• Develop and maintain counterintelligence initiatives and liaise with government counterparts.
