Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Engagement & Programs Lead to shape safety engagement for Amazonians worldwide. You will partner across teams to craft scalable safety campaigns, build buy-in, and translate ambitious ideas into executable plans for global impact.

You will manage large-scale programs, lead cross-functional initiatives, and use data to drive improvements while coordinating with finance on budgets and forecasts. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience managing vendor/supplier relationships and procurement processes.
• Experience owning and tracking program budgets, including capital expenditure.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Apply program management best practices to drive plan execution, mitigate risks, and improve effectiveness to deliver results in a timely manner.
• Continuously improve program components and mechanisms to drive results and provide program status communication, deliver clear and concise summaries to leadership teams and effectively answer questions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic, cross-functional safety engagement programs that reach team members and leaders worldwide.
• Build partnerships across WHS and the broader business to grow adoption of safety campaigns and deepen their impact on the field.
• Effectively communicate and manage multiple, competing priorities while coordinating work across teams.
• Define, track, and monitor progress against success metrics and project plans. Analyze and report on overall project health using key performance indicators and success metrics, and accurately and clearly report on status against program objectives.
• Own program budget and capital expenditure tracking, partnering with Finance to monitor actuals against plan and forecast spend.
• Develop AI and technology solutions to scale programs globally.
• Oversee deployment of physical safety infrastructure programs across the network.
