Job summary

Amazon AWS Health and Safety is seeking a Program Manager to lead global safety programs, coordinating across teams and driving strategic initiatives that protect employees and partners. You will manage metrics, risk, and stakeholder engagement while scaling programs worldwide.

The role requires strong program management, data analytics, and ability to navigate a dynamic, ambiguous environment. You will influence stakeholders and deliver results that align with AWS safety standards and business

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall Health & Safety program strategy and planning, communicate requirements, priorities, and success metrics.
• Apply project management best practices to drive plan execution, mitigate risks, and deliver results on time.
• Continuously improve program components and provide clear status updates to leadership.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating and managing strategic, cross-functional safety programs and projects.
• Build partnerships with key stakeholders to promote H&S program adoption.
• Communicate and manage multiple priorities while coordinating work across teams.
• Define, track, and monitor progress against success metrics and project plans.
