Job summary

Sitetracker is seeking a Manager, Solution Delivery to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering complex SaaS implementations for a global customer base. You will focus on developing people, maintaining solution quality, improving delivery efficiency, and using data to identify risks before they impact customers or financial performance.

You’ll lead across onshore, offshore, and partner resources within Salesforce ecosystem and cloud delivery architectures, coaching engineers, ensuring capacity

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams across SaaS implementations.
• Proven ability to balance capacity, utilization, quality and velocity.
• Data-driven decision making to forecast staffing and risks.
• Experience with onshore, offshore, remote and partner resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Solution Delivery team spanning configuration, data, QA, and architecture.
• Use data to forecast capacity, staffing, and budget while maintaining gross margin and utilization targets.
• Own weekly revenue forecasting and delivery health across the portfolio.
• Establish quality controls, reviews, and readiness standards to reduce downstream risk.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to manage schedules, budgets, and scope.
