You will design the operating plan, create scalable sales plays, and partner across Sales, SDR, Channel, Demand Gen, Marketing, and Product to maximize pipeline and deal velocity.

Qualifications

• Senior SaaS sales leadership experience in B2B environments.
• Proven track record in GTM strategy and sales center of excellence (CoE) roles.
• Experience scaling revenue across mid-market or enterprise segments.
• Ability to lead through influence in matrixed global organizations.
• Strong skills in sales analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Own global GTM for Teamwork Collection in Mid-Market.
• Design and implement the global operating plan and repeatable sales plays.
• Partner with Sales Leadership, SDR, Channel/Partners, Demand Gen, Marketing, and Product.
• Lead field readiness, onboarding programs, and seller activation.
• Drive pipeline velocity and revenue growth through strategic plays and programs.
• Communicate effectively with frontline teams and executives to align strategy.
