Job summary

Forcepoint is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate migrations to our SaaS platform and enhance customer satisfaction. You will oversee a portfolio of projects, drive early kick-offs, and partner with Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 5–8 years of program experience, a background in cybersecurity is useful, and PMP or related certs are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related subject or extensive equivalent experience.
5–8 years of program/project management experience.
Experience managing a portfolio of concurrent projects across globally distributed teams and customers.

Responsibilities

Manage the full project lifecycle of all projects in the program, overseeing schedules and budgets to ensure goal attainment.
Drive customer cohorts to rapid project kick off.
Create measures to assess program effectiveness and enable course correction early.
Gather issues and engage Product Management and Engineering on impact and prioritisation.
Suggest process improvements within PS or other depts to increase program velocity; lead cross-functional collaboration.
