Job summary

Saviynt is seeking an experienced Global Head of Procurement to build and scale a high-performance procurement and travel function within the SaaS industry. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
• MBA or CPM/CPSM certification is a plus.
• 12+ years of progressive procurement leadership experience.
• 3–5 years in a senior leadership role within SaaS or technology companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of global procurement strategies for a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Build a global procurement operating model across geographies.
• Apply an AI-first mindset to procurement and vendor-risk frameworks.
• Manage supplier and software relationships, including negotiations and renewals.
• Oversee implementation and integration of procurement software (NetSuite, Tipalti).
• Transform Travel & Expense programs with global policy governance.
• Drive end-to-end procurement lifecycle management from requisition to supplier management.
• Establish global procurement policies, controls, and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Partner with Finance and leadership to manage budgets and savings.
• Ensure compliance with legal, financial, regulatory standards.
