Job summary

Saviynt seeks a Global Head of Procurement to build and scale a high-performance procurement and travel function within the SaaS industry. You will own end-to-end procurement, global sourcing strategy, and vendor management, with a strong focus on software solutions and cost efficiency.

This leadership role will modernize our procurement tech stack (Tipalti, NetSuite) and transform global Travel & Expense programs, aligning procurement with Saviynt’s growth objectives and跨-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• MBA or CPM/CPSM certifications are a plus.
• 12+ years of progressive procurement leadership experience, including SaaS/tech
• Global sourcing experience across multiple countries/regions.
• Experience driving SaaS growth with IPO/SOX readiness.
• Deep understanding of procurement tech and spend-management systems (Tipalti, NetSuite).
• Global Travel & Expense program implementation experience.
• Executive-level stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership.
• Proven ability to lead globally distributed teams with high engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of global procurement strategies for a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Build and operate a global procurement model across geographies with governance and supplier standards.
• Apply an AI-first mindset to procurement and risk management.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, renewals, and vendor performance.
• Oversee procurement software implementations and integrations (NetSuite, Tipalti).
• Transform Travel & Expense programs and corporate card ecosystem globally.
• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from requisition to supplier management.
• Establish global P2P policies and automation to drive efficiency and compliance.
• Partner with Finance and executives to budget, track spend, and realize savings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align procurement with enterprise goals.
