Job summary

Avature is a global software company delivering enterprise SaaS for talent acquisition and management. Our Consulting team leads complex projects from planning to rollout, coordinating with clients and stakeholders worldwide to ensure timely delivery.

As a Project Manager, you will organize multi-project engagements, define methodologies, manage risks, and maintain high-level client communication throughout each project.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management in a software development environment, including waterfall and agile methodologies.
• University degree.
• Outstanding communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects with different needs simultaneously and properly prioritize them.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders both within the company and with our customers.
• Coordinate with customers to define project methodologies and plans, and agree on communication guidelines.
• Provide periodical project status reports and manage risks/delays.
• Coordinate internal resources, including infrastructure and server migrations, to deliver on scope.
