Atlassian is seeking a Global Sales Center of Excellence Lead for the Teamwork Collection in Mid-Market. This senior role owns global sales execution, drives revenue growth across Atlassian’s largest mid-market customer and seller segment, and partners across Sales, SDR, Channel, Marketing, and Product to maximize pipeline and deal velocity.

• Senior B2B SaaS sales leadership experience across mid-market or enterprise segments.
• Experience creating, operationalizing, and scaling repeatable sales plays and GTM programs.
• Ability to influence across matrixed global teams including Sales, SDR, Channel, Marketing, and Product.
• Experience designing sales enablement and onboarding to ramp core sellers.
• Strong analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management with measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with modern collaboration platforms, bundling, and AI narratives/pricing models.
• Comfort with ambiguity and changing product roadmaps; drive alignment and clarity.
• Excellent front-line and executive communication with credibility to influence stakeholders.
