Illumio is seeking a seasoned VP, Corporate Controller to lead global controllership, accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance for a rapidly growing cybersecurity company. You will define scalable processes, advise on revenue models, and drive operational excellence across 20+ countries while partnering with the CFO and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• CPA license required.
• Experience leveraging automation, analytics, and AI-driven tools to improve accounting operations, controls, reporting, and business insights.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all employee levels and customers.
• Proven ability to build and lead world‑class global teams in a fast‑paced, rapidly growing environment.
• Strong knowledge of SEC, FASB, and GAAP; experience with software/SaaS accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global accounting operations across 20+ countries to ensure timely monthly closings.
• Own end-to-end administration of the sales commission plan and related accounting.
• Lead revenue recognition for enterprise software and SaaS models.
• Collaborate with the CFO, Audit Committee, and external advisors on financial governance.
• Develop accounting policies and ensure SOX controls are maintained.
