Job summary

AssetWatch, Inc. seeks an accomplished Controller to own and scale the company’s accounting function during rapid growth.

You will partner with the CFO and executive team to bring rigor and operational excellence to every financial decision in a global SaaS/HaaS environment. The role focuses on GAAP reporting, internal controls, revenue recognition under ASC 606, multi-entity consolidation, and international tax planning as AssetWatch expands across borders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA required.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting/financial management, with tech/ SaaS experience.
• Proven leadership of accounting teams in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition for subscription models.
• Experience managing multi-entity consolidations and multi-currency accounting.
• Experience selecting/implementing ERP systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the full accounting function and GAAP reporting for a high-growth SaaS/HaaS company.
• Lead annual audit process and maintain internal controls framework.
• Oversee intercompany transactions, consolidations and currency translation.
• Drive international tax compliance and transfer pricing documentation.
• Partner with CFO and executives to translate financial data into strategic insights.
• Manage treasury, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization.
• Lead system evaluations and ERP implementations across entities.
