Job summary

Harver is seeking an Assistant Corporate Controller to lead global accounting in a fast-growing, private equity-backed SaaS environment. The role requires hands-on leadership, CPA licensure, deep ASC 606 knowledge, and experience managing multi-entity audits across the US, UK, and Netherlands.

You will drive finance operations, automate processes, and partner with offshore teams to scale as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license.
• 8–12 years of progressive accounting experience, at corporate level (Controller/Assistant Controller).
• SaaS or technology industry experience with ASC 606 knowledge.
• Experience managing multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional audits (US/UK/Netherlands a plus).
• Lender reporting and covenant compliance experience.
• Proficient with a full financial tech stack (ERP, billing, AP, expenses).
• Startup or high-growth environment experience; lean, hands-on role.

Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting operations for a fast-growing SaaS company.
• Coordinate offshore accounting support and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Automate processes and leverage AI in accounting workflows.
• Prepare monthly financial statements across multiple entities and tax compliance.
