Responsibilities

• Process contracts across all product lines for a global customer base.
• Handle all deal types including new business and renewals.
• Execute month-end and mid-month billing cycles for different products.
• Manage customer usage commit balance and new license requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing process efficiency.
