Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or related roles.
• Experience with S&OP processes and tools.
• Knowledge of market analysis and business strategy development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in demand planning mathematics and software and tools.
• Ability to create SQL/Excel files for complementary analyses
• Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools or reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally to drive process improvements.
• Experience with MPR/ERP (JD Edwards/JDE), SAP or Oracle
• Proficient in a Windows-based PC environment (PowerPoint, Word, Excel required)
• APICS or another certification advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP Demand Review meetings.
• Consolidate regional forecasts and analyze demand vs supply.
• Develop a global demand-supply reconciliation methodology.
• Communicate projected shortages and excess inventory.
• Suggest solutions to mitigate inventory challenges.
• Act as key participant in S&OP process.
• Provide insights to improve the S&OP process.
• Support release process for global consolidation.
• Coordinate prorate notifications with Sales Planning.
• Collaborate with sales to review product allocations.
• Work with regional managers on capacity alignment.
• Communicate market trends to stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements.
• Develop performance metrics and training.
