Job summary

Munters is seeking an experienced Global S&OP Manager to lead and continuously improve the S&OP process across the global DCT business. This role collaborates with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to align demand with capacity and drive business performance.

You will own the global S&OP framework, run executive meetings, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports. The position requires 8+ years in complex manufacturing and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in an engineered-to-order manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading or improving an S&OP/IBP process.
• Experience with demand planning, production scheduling, capacity planning, and MRP.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and global operations.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards and data visualization; ERP/MRP experience; IFS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the global S&OP process, governance, meeting cadence, and reporting.
• Facilitate S&OP meetings across global manufacturing locations.
• Lead Global S&OP meetings and present consolidated information to executives.
• Monitor demand forecasts, sales pipeline, production capacity, schedules, and plan performance.
• Identify capacity constraints, material limitations, and other business risks.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, PowerPoint presentations, and reporting.
