Job summary

Munters is seeking an experienced Global S&OP Manager to lead and continuously improve the S&OP process across our global DCT business. You will connect commercial demand with manufacturing capacity, facilitate planning meetings, and present insights to executive leadership.

You will own the global S&OP framework, coordinate across multiple locations, and drive alignment with cross-functional teams to improve planning discipline and information flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, operations management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading or significantly improving an S&OP or Integrated Business Planning process.
• Strong experience with demand planning, production scheduling, capacity planning, and MRP.
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing locations and/or global operations.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, dashboard, and data-visualization capabilities.
• ERP/MRP experience; IFS experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the global S&OP process, governance, cadence, and reporting standards.
• Facilitate S&OP meetings across global manufacturing locations.
• Lead Global S&OP meetings and present to executive leadership.
• Monitor demand forecasts, sales pipeline, production capacity, factory loading, schedules, and performance vs. plan.
• Identify and communicate capacity constraints, material limitations, schedule variances, and risks.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, PowerPoint presentations, and graphical reporting.
• Build alignment across global teams through data, planning assumptions, and facilitation.
• Influence outcomes across functions without direct authority.
