Job summary

CenTrak seeks a Senior Global Product Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of RTLS hardware and firmware. You’ll align customer needs, field insights, and business strategy to deliver high-impact product outcomes in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

You will own the roadmap, manage a global backlog, work with engineering and operations, and lead VOC efforts with clinicians and administrators to translate workflows into reliable product enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related technical discipline; advanced degrees preferred.
• 6–8+ years of experience in product ownership or management with hardware and firmware focus.
• Healthcare domain experience and RTLS/MedTech knowledge preferred.
• CSPO or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to work within a Phase Gate process for New Product Development.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of RTLS hardware and firmware products.
• Drive a value-based product roadmap aligned to strategic priorities.
• Maintain and prioritize a global product backlog.
• Lead structured Voice of Customer efforts with clinicians and administrators.
• Collaborate with engineering, PMO, supply chain, quality/regulatory, sales, services, and marketing.
• Drive sustainment and lifecycle improvements.
