CenTrak seeks a seasoned Senior Global Product Owner to lead RTLS hardware and firmware, translating customer needs and field insights into scalable product outcomes. You will connect customer workflows to strategy, drive lifecycle management, and collaborate across engineering, PMO, supply chain, quality, sales, services, and marketing in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical discipline; advanced degrees or hybrid technical/business backgrounds preferred.
• 6–8+ years of experience in product ownership or management with hardware and firmware development and sustainment, ideally in healthcare environments.
• Solid understanding of the healthcare technology landscape; RTLS or MedTech experience is highly desirable.
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies; CSPO or equivalent certification preferred. Ability to work within a Phase Gate process for New Product Development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary hardware initiatives with a proven record of achieving project milestones.
• Experience interfacing with clinical professionals and translating clinical workflows into actionable product requirements.
• Ability to conduct product demos and convey solution value to leadership and other stakeholders.
• Persuasive communication skills and executive presence with a global, cross-cultural perspective.
• Ability to make data-informed decisions in ambiguous situations and balance short-term needs with long-term strategy.
• Willingness and ability to travel (25–35%) to customer sites across North America to capture direct feedback and ensure alignment with field realities.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers and field teams to understand workflow challenges and opportunities.
