Job summary

CenTrak Inc. in Pennsylvania seeks a Senior Global Product Owner to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of RTLS hardware and firmware.

You will lead a value-driven roadmap, translate clinical workflows into actionable requirements, and partner with engineering, regulatory, and sales to deliver high-impact solutions. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related technical discipline.
Advanced degrees or hybrid technical/business backgrounds preferred.
6–8+ years of experience in product ownership or management with hardware focus.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of RTLS hardware and firmware products.
Drive a value-based product roadmap aligned to strategic priorities.
Lead structured VOC efforts across clinicians and operational stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering, PMO, supply chain, quality/regulatory, sales, services, and marketing.
Lead sustainment strategy to minimize customer disruption and ensure reliability.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities.
