Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of software/hardware project management experience with Agile.
• Proficiency with Jira and Atlassian tools; strong MS Office suite abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hardware and software projects using Agile methodologies (SAFe, BML).
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, hardware design, QA, and operations.
• Manage risks, dependencies and resources across concurrent workstreams.
• Drive interoperability between hardware and software components.
• Track milestones, KPIs and report status to leadership.
• Promote Agile maturity and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Coordinate vendors and external partners as needed.
• Manage project budget including external spend with multiple suppliers.
• Ensure documentation, compliance and quality standards throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop complex project plans using MS Project.
• Foster team commitment, resilience and trust, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Balance people, technical and business needs in decisions.
