Job summary

ASUS Robotics & AI Center is seeking a Technical Project Management Engineer to own planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional programs spanning UAVs and robotics. You will coordinate work across our Boston and Taipei offices and across hardware, software, research, and field testing.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in programs that combine hardware and software delivery, with milestone-driven reporting for leadership and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing technical projects or programs, incl. 3+ years hardware+software.
• Proven ability to plan, track, and report milestones across hardware and software streams.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional influence across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution for assigned programs, including scope, schedule, resources, dependencies and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across software, hardware, research and operations in US and Taipei.
• Maintain and communicate program status, risks, issues, and mitigations to leadership and partners.
• Run planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
• Track deliverables, documentation, and reporting for customer and partner commitments.
• Coordinate field testing and deployment logistics with engineering and operations.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, including SOW tracking and acceptance.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements to planning, tracking, and reporting.
