Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Risk Management Analyst to help manage risk across its global portfolio, including logistics facilities, data centers, and energy infrastructure. You will support risk decisions through insurance, loss control, analytics, and emerging-risk work, collaborating with internal teams, brokers, insurers, and risk engineers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in insurance, risk management, brokerage, underwriting, real estate, construction, finance, analytics, or related field.
• Ability to analyze data accurately and manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support global insurance programs, renewals, exposure analysis, and reporting.
• Evaluate risks across facilities, data centers, construction projects, solar and energy infrastructure, and corporate operations.
• Review policies, coverage terms, limits, deductibles, certificates, and contractual insurance requirements.
• Participate in risk engineering and property resilience initiatives, including site reviews and recommendations.
• Analyze property, insurance, financial, and operational data to identify trends and support risk decisions.
• Develop dashboards, presentations, and reporting for business and executive audiences.
• Use AI and automation to improve analysis and reduce repetitive work.
