Job summary

Prologis, a global leader in logistics real estate, seeks a Risk Management Analyst to help manage risk across a diverse portfolio, including logistics facilities, data centers, solar and energy infrastructure. Based in Dallas, Denver, or San Francisco, the role partners with internal teams and external brokers to identify exposures and strengthen risk management practices.

The analyst will support insurance programs, review policies, and analyze data to inform risk decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in insurance, risk management, brokerage, underwriting, real estate, construction, finance or analytics.
• Ability to analyze data accurately and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support global commercial insurance programs, renewals, exposure analysis, and reporting.
• Evaluate risks across facilities, data centers, construction, solar/energy infrastructure, and corporate operations.
• Review insurance policies, coverage terms, limits, deductibles, certificates, and contractual requirements.
• Participate in risk engineering and property resilience initiatives, including site reviews and recommendations.
• Analyze property, insurance, financial, and operational data to identify trends and support risk decisions.
• Develop dashboards, presentations, and reporting for business and executive audiences.
• Use AI and automation to improve analysis, reduce repetitive work, and increase efficiency.
