Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS in Finance, Business, Risk Management or related field.
• Experience: 0-3 years' analyst-level experience with data and financial statement analysis.
• Ability to understand complex processes in detail.
• Strong systems administration skills; programming knowledge a plus but not required.
• Advanced Excel user skills.
• Ability to handle multiple functions and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes financial and operational data to inform underwriting decisions, loss expectations, and risk controls.
• Collaborates with the Corporate Insurance Manager and Director of Risk Management on RMIS workflow design and administration to streamline data collection, insurance certificates, and claims reporting.
• Owns analysis and internal reporting of insurance premium cost allocation, claims expenses, and total cost of risk (TCOR).
• Performs claims oversight duties under supervision of the Corporate Insurance Manager and Director of Risk Management.
• Supports placement of enterprise-wide insurance policies and management of broker and insurance carrier relationships.
• Performs other related duties within the risk management team.
