Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Risk Management professional to support its global insurance program and risk control initiatives. You will work with brokers, insurers, consultants, and TPAs to identify and manage insurable risks to help Medline achieve its strategic objectives.

Key duties include gathering data for renewals, updating property values by location, issuing COIs, processing invoices, coordinating loss control programs, and assisting with claims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years in Finance, Risk Management, or related discipline.
• Understanding of insurance process.
• Ability to comprehend and navigate policy wording.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word, and strong communication skills.
• Travel up to 15% for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Support insurance and risk programs with brokers, insurers, consultants, and TPAs.
• Gather data for renewals, update property values by location, issue COIs, and process invoices.
• Provide recommendations for policy updates and process improvements.
• Ensure receipt and accuracy of all insurance policies.
• Coordinate loss control programs and communicate risk mitigation strategies.
• Submit information for insurance claims and follow up with adjusters.
