Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects across global reverse logistics and recycling operations. You will coordinate cross-functional partners, plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate progress across offices and time zones.

Responsibilities include standardizing workflows, leveraging SAP analytics, and driving cost savings while ensuring security and compliance across global locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in supply chain, vendor management, SAP and lean manufacturing.
• Experience utilizing data analytics to solve operational problems.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Research, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with SAP ERP structures and modules.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize data into executive-ready business cases.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day reverse logistics and recycling workflows across all locations, managing relationships with key recycling vendors, site setups, and security audits.
• Standardize global workflows through robust standard operation process authoring and lean continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leverage supply chain analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities, audit transaction compliance (SAP/shipping portals), and streamline vendor invoicing.
• Lead timezone-spanning alignment across AMER, EMEA, and APAC to rapidly resolve logistics bottlenecks and customs escalations.
