Qualifications

• 10+ years in specialized logistics, first-mile or final-mile operations, reverse logistics, customer success, or related leadership roles.
• Direct experience in logistics environments such as 3PL/4PL, warehousing, or high-value equipment handling.
• Proven ability to build and manage agent/partner networks and drive performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, negotiation and presentation abilities.
