Job summary

MRI Software is seeking a Revenue, Technical Accounting & Policy Senior Manager to lead a global team and govern revenue recognition, technical accounting and accounting policy. You will guide significant judgements, prepare audit-ready papers and drive policy adoption across regions.

The role requires CPA, 8+ years of experience, and expertise in ASC 606 / IFRS15 for software/SaaS contracts, with strong collaboration across Sales, Legal and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• CPA qualification and 8+ years in accounting roles.
• Experience applying ASC 606 / IFRS15 to software or SaaS.
• Ability to produce audit-ready technical accounting papers.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue recognition governance across diverse customer arrangements.
• Own and maintain the revenue recognition framework for all revenue types.
• Review conclusions and remediate gaps with Finance Transformation.
• Approve revenue accounting adjustments from contract reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales and Legal to optimize revenue outcomes.
