Ladders is seeking a Revenue, Technical Accounting & Policy Senior Manager to oversee complex revenue recognition judgments within a fast-moving software and SaaS environment. You will help strengthen revenue control processes, ensure consistency in accounting conclusions, and serve as a key partner to Sales, Legal, and senior finance stakeholders.

The position also includes ownership of accounting policy documentation and leadership of a newly established global team supporting technical

• Lead review of unusual customer arrangements for revenue recognition.
• Maintain the revenue recognition framework across revenue types.
• Challenge conclusions of the revenue accounting team for accuracy.
• Approve revenue accounting adjustments from contract reviews.
• Partner with Sales and Legal for optimal revenue outcomes.
• Own and update the group accounting policy manual for consistency.
• Research complex accounting matters and provide stakeholder guidance.

Responsibilities
