Job summary

UPS is offering a 11-week GRO Summer Internship Program designed for junior and senior undergraduates and recent graduates. Global Revenue Operations will guide interns through meaningful projects with access to leadership staff and mentors to develop skills and contribute to UPS goals.

Interns will explore groups like Sales Operations, Global Sales Training, Talent Management, Analytics/Sales Enablement, and Sales Planning & Performance, gaining exposure to UPS's global sales processes.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, or lawful permanent resident, or have visa eligibility as allowed by UPS.
• Remote positions with local support may require reporting to office locations.
• Rising college junior or senior, or recent graduate within last 24 months.
• Available to work 35–40 hours per week.
• Majors: Business Management, Finance, Logistics, Marketing, Sales, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, International Business, Sales, Information Systems.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned project from planning to task/milestone identification and execution.
• Provides fresh insights to project teams during ongoing processes and activities.
• Presents analysis and deliverables to senior staff, showing the impact of the internship project.
