Job summary

Wellington Management Company, LLP is seeking an Analyst on the Client Invoicing Team within Global Revenue Operations. You will calculate base and complex performance fee invoices for a wide array of global clients and respond to revenue-related questions from internal and external stakeholders.

Role involves collaboration with Client Group and Investment Product Management, and direct client contact to resolve invoicing questions.

Qualifications

• College graduate with 1–5 years of related work experience.
• Ability to multi-task and balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mathematical skills, business acumen, and interest in the markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn proprietary applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn responsibilities on the job and grow with more complex assignments.

Responsibilities

• Process and review management fee invoices and related documents for base and performance/variable fees.
• Review nonstandard fee agreements before onboarding.
• Analyze and edit contractual fee methodologies with relevant stakeholders.
• Consult with clients on MFN and impact to Wellington’s book of business.
• Grow into Subject Matter Expert for a practice area and lead related tasks.
• Handle administrative responsibilities and be the go-to resource for the team.
• Assist in data gathering for audits and testing application enhancements.
• Train and guide co-ops and assist setup of new accounts in invoicing.
