Spectraforce Technologies seeks a Fee Billing and Revenue Analyst to support the Global Fee Billing team in Newark, NJ. The role focuses on invoice calculation and preparation for third-party institutional clients, plus supporting revenue accruals and financial reporting.

Qualifications

2-3 years related experience, preferably in asset management or a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or Finance.
Experience in Operations, Billing, Reporting, or Finance within institutional investment management is a plus.
Experience with Envestnet Revenue Manager, Oracle and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

Review investment management agreements to determine fee terms for client invoices.
Set up new accounts in Envestnet Revenue Manager for accurate invoicing.
Support monthly accruals for third-party institutional clients via Revenue Manager.
Coordinate with account managers to resolve client fee inquiries.
Assist with SOX audit data gathering and inquiries.
